Welcome to my practice! As a licensed professional counselor with over 25 years of experience, I am dedicated to showing compassion in every therapeutic setting. Utilizing a solution-focused, cognitive behavioral approach to therapy, my goal is to help clients uncover their strengths and navigate their path to positive well-being. I work with clients between the ages of 6 and 65, dealing with various challenges.  It's truly rewarding to witness the positive transformations in the lives of individuals, couples, and families who seek encouragement and inspiration.

Whether you're a college student juggling assignments, a recent divorcee rediscovering yourself, a grieving spouse, or a parent seeking guidance in specialized instruction through advocacy for your student, Breana offers client-centered therapy to help you navigate these challenges and more.

Under the supervision of Lauren Amason, LPC, CPCS, and in collaboration with Inspired Vision Counseling, LLC's owner and primary clinician Shanda Mobley-Taylor, M.A, LPC, Breana provides support for ages 9-49 through person-centered and solution-focused counseling.​

Meet Naija, our enthusiastic administrative and therapy assistant! With a youthful perspective and an ambitious drive, she performs essential duties to ensure our clients receive the best service possible. Naija is responsible for registering new clients, scheduling appointments, handling check-ins and check-outs, verifying insurance, and addressing general inquiries. Naija occasionally assists our licensed clinicians by developing therapy activities for children, adolescents, and teens.  Currently pursuing her dream of becoming a licensed therapist, she is diligently working toward her bachelor's degree in psychology.
